Chap Chap Africa Ltd is creating access and usage of appropriate, affordable financial services in Uganda through digitization. It offers the opportunity to rapidly scale up access to financial services using mobile phones helping the poorest and most vulnerable households develop sustainable livelihoods, increase incomes, and move out of poverty.
We involve low-income groups as consumers. We involve low-income groups as distributors. We involve low-income groups as employees.The scale-up of chapchap will ensure economic social and financial inclusion. The product helps and uplifts the poor and vulnerable households to develop sustainable livelihoods, increase incomes and move out of extreme poverty. Its intervention involves creating jobs for over 50,000 community sales and marketing agents who will extend services to over 1,000,000 users who will benefit from cost, time savings as well as additional incomes from the cash bonuses gained through making transactions.
