Aaron Nyarkotey is an Advisor at SNV Ghana, currently, the Innovation Officer for the Ghana Climate Innovation Center (GCIC) Project. He has 6 years professional experience, 3 years of these in developing business models for renewable energy products and acceleration of start-up businesses - he has written 20 technical (unpublished) reports in this regard. He holds a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, and is finalizing his thesis (on "Sustainable Financing of Advanced Biomass Cookstoves among Low-Income End Users in Ghana) for MSc. Renewable Energy Technologies. His motivation is contributing to the development of society, especially the BOP category, through effective implementation of tailor-made project interventions in the Renewable Energy sector.
