About Me

I believe in building capacity of people to help them ‘do it themselves’. Promoting business development in an inclusive way empowers people in the ‘bottom of the pyramid’ to make their own choices. René has been educated as primary school teacher, with Montessori specialisation and later on also as international development researcher.

I work as a trainer & consultant for MDF Training & Consultancy's West African Regional Office, based in Accra Ghana. MDF WA hosts the IBA Hub Ghana and I coordinate its activities.
