I am an ambitious and self-driven person with an international career focused on private sector development, business model development, and partnerships between NGOs and companies. I have project management experience incl. staff and budget responsibility from positions and projects across five continents. My experience range from small start-ups to large organizations, from program design to effective implementation, and from analytical tasks to workshop facilitation. My personal interest is contributing to a more sustainable and connected world. I am motivated by finding practical solutions to complex challenges and I thrive in dedicated, multi-cultural teams working alongside skilled colleagues and partners.

Selected recent examples: - Supported by ‘DMDP’: a complex, multi-stakeholder 3-4 year project in Ethiopia with focus on SDG 2 and the BoP. Partners: GAIN, DanChurchAid, Arla Food Ingredients - Social dialogue project in Myanmar successfully launched - Public-Private Dialogue project in Bolivia initiated and managed - Expatriated in Jordan one year, hosted by Jordan Chamber of Industry - Several SDG workshops for private sector, academia and civil society successfully facilitated with a number of partnerships materialized - Continuous and fruitful dialogue with international partners and donors, incl. GIZ, World Bank, DANIDA, BoP Learning Labs in Europe
