At age 24, Justice had a vision of starting his own business, sacrificing his petroleum engineering profession search to becoming a business entrepreneur. At the point where he needed money to start the business he has proved that only good business idea, passion, persistence driven by purpose is needed to start a business.

Among his Startup businesses, SIKADAN Microcredit (formerly Sikadan Money Lending) was nominated and listed as part of the Ghana Startup Club 100 at the 2nd edition of the Premium Bank Startup Award 2017 in just 2years. His business has been a great good to the communities of Adenta, Madina and environ by providing real time social intervention of giving financial support to local SMEs, market women, individuals and students.
Today, Justice Offei Jr, apart from SIKADAN, is the founder, Director, partner of the Good Samaritan Support (for the needy), AFED (African Economic Dialogue) , Stepklair Shoes and SOKO Bags.
