Cash is the most important resource in any business to ensure healthy growth and business expansion. However, it is also generally the most poorly managed aspect of many organisations. The lecturer of the workshop is Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung, Audit Partner of Nexia STT. His lecture covered wide range of topics related to cash flow management and showed practical experience on short term cash flow management.

Over the course of the workshop, the lecturer – Dr. Tung Bui, Director of Vietnam Executive MBA, addressed the cultural and organizational issues that must be dealt with to allow innovation to thrive in an organisation.

The two workshops were carried out using participatory approaches. This helped to increase the capacity of attendants to acquire knowledge and positively influencing the climate of the activity. All attendants were happy to get experience to better manage the short term cash flow. Ms Khiem Tran, one of the attendants in two workshops said: “Training content is very useful to the actual operation of businesses. Regarding Innovation management, enterprises had concept to develop their innovations from their existing products and learnt from international case studies.”

Following the success of the two workshops, IB Accelerator is planning to organize another workshop in the Northern part of Vietnam.
