The first Inclusive Business Accelerator meetup was held yesterday afternoon in Ninzi Hill Hotel in Kigali, Rwanda. Thanks to the network of SNV Rwanda and Educat, about 30 local entrepreneurs from companies such as BBOXX and Inyange, and investment managers of Grofin attended the meet-up.
The entrepreneurs were informed on the Inclusive Business Accelerator program, and showed a great interest in the different functionalities of the IBA online platform, especially in the upcoming online bootcamp on “Pitching your business”.
As Jean Habarurema, investment manager of Grofin explained: “The online platform could be a great way to bring investors and companies closer together, for instance by helping the companies improve their investment pitch”.
We hope to see many of these Rwandan companies active on the platform in the near future!
